Craig Kelly

Since 1986, Craig has been dedicated to creating strategic industry relationships and facilitating high-impact mergers and acquisitions of skilled nursing and senior housing facilities throughout Texas and the United States. In Texas alone, Craig has consulted on over 350 senior care transactions, representing a total value of more than $1 billion dollars, and his experience spans all aspects of the business journey. Countless owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities have sought his expert guidance as they navigate the complex waters of debt financing, equity investment, and development. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as a key consultant in the formation of several start‐up skilled nursing home operating companies, which blossomed into large multi‐facility enterprises. The breadth of Craig’s experience and his track record of success has positioned him as one of the nation’s leading experts in his field, but his greatest pride is in the relationships he has built throughout the process.

Zak Klein

Co-Founder & President

In 2014, Zak began his career at the acquisition arm of a private equity firm focused on skilled nursing facility transactions and brings to his clients years of expertise in crafting long‐term care mergers and acquisitions. He provides ongoing consultation to both buyers and sellers, planning and executing successful expansion and divestiture strategies—always with the client’s best interest at heart. He emphasizes the importance of strong relationships and has developed connections with a variety of industry players including REITs, private equity firms, family office networks, non-profit organizations, forward-thinking investors and high-net-worth individuals looking to build and expand their skilled nursing and senior housing portfolios on the regional and national levels.
